A landing page can ask three to five essentials. The confirmation page can offer a booking step. The pre-call flow can gather detail. The CRM can append source, campaign, service interest, and response history automatically.
Routing beats sorting
Qualification is useful only if it changes what happens next. High-fit leads should get priority notifications and direct booking prompts. Medium-fit leads may enter a nurture sequence. Low-fit leads can receive a polite resource or alternative path.
Build a simple score
A score does not need to be complicated. Assign points for fit, urgency, budget signal, location or service match, and engagement. Then create rules for hot, warm, and nurture. The sales team should be able to understand the score at a glance.
